3. What do i need to fill in URL, UserName, Password, Database?

you need to have a working instance of Odoo (8,9,10 or 11) server with a public domain name Or public IP Address.
URL : Enter the public domain name or public IP
Username : username of the odoo instance
Password : password of the odoo instance
Database : select database name from the list of Databases.

4. At the Login page. What does that red cross in the URL field indicate ? Am i putting anything wrong?

Red cross mark indicates that the domain which you have entered is not accessible. Recheck the Url and your Odoo server Sequrity settings.

5. Are there any ports that i need to open to make this app work ?

Yes, Port 80 and Port 443 needs to be open.
In addition to these port if your odoo service is running on a certain Port then that port needs to be open for connection.

6. How do i install Odoo Voice on my android Phone?

You can easily download odoo Voice from app store. Type Odoo Voice in the search bar and you will find Odoo Voice from Pragmatic Techsoft Pvt. Ltd.

7. How do i install Odoo Voice on my Apple Iphone?

Sorry, currently we do not have support for Iphones.

8. Is Odoo Voice Free or Paid?

Odoo Voice is Free.

9. How many Languages Odoo Voice Support?

Currently it supports English Only.

10. Can i use Odoo Voice without Internet?

No, Internet connection is mandatory.

Yes, but customized briefing does not come in free version of the App.

14. Can i install Modules within Odoo Voice?

yes, you can install any number of Modules withing the odoo Voice. Go to the globe symbol next to logout , click on it and it will take you to odoo Home. Go to apps and install the app which you need.

16. I am not able to give the command its not Listening?

When giving voice commands make sure the you press and hold the Mic button until you see the text and then release. This small thing will make your experience very smooth with odoo voice.
Also you can uncheck the auto submit option which will enable you to write your command and sumit on click of a button.

All the modules which your odoo instance has are supported.

19. When i open a specific page say "create new customer" the customer page layout is not good.

As mentioned in the prerequsites you need to have Responsive odoo theme. Once you have a responsive theme the page layout works well.
