What are the Payment Terms for your Products and Services?

For our products, we take 100 % advance baged by a free 30 to 90 days support depending on the product. During this phase if any bugs faced related to our product we fix it for free. For our services, we issue success pack of 160 man hours which includes any kind of work including functional. Technical , hosting or performance related.

Can we Test your Services?

We have a proven track record of 10 years experience and can provide references to prove quality of our services. We do not compete with other vendors on price but on quality and reliable delivery. But, if that does not satisfy you since you faced issues with other providers in the past you can go for a 40 hour success pack.

What if the Product I Purchase does not have the Features I need?

Once you buy a product from our side and the features are not sufficient, you can ask to buy success pack to develop more features.
