Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Pune India

We at pragmatic are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional, with a broad set of marketing skills and hands-on-experience with Social media marketing, Paid Campaigns for lead generation, content marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, BE/MBA/Mass Communication preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Google Ad words certification.
  • Experience on paid campaign of social media for lead generation is mandatory.

Job Description:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Experience to have worked on the Social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram is a must and a fair knowledge of Pinterest, Google Hangout, Google Marketing, Roposo, Follo, Snapchat, HubSpot, Hootsuite will be helpful.
  • We do paid campaign for lead generation. So, looking for someone who can analyze the situation if campaign is not active.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute towards creating an effective SEO/SEM strategy to achieve company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Create Search marketing plan to ensure meeting of targets prescribed for marketing team.
  • Continuously track progress of SEO/SEM campaigns across all relevant metrics and bring in course-corrections as required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work within a fast-paced, hard-driving, early stage company environment is required.
  • Understanding of how to influence an audience using tone, messaging and delivery.
  • Must be positive and have ability to stay poised under pressure.
  • Driven and capable of taking a concept and running with it to execute.

Email Marketing:

  • Determine the target audience, devise campaigns and launch email campaigns in order to generate leads for business.
  • Building email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
  • Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

Inside Sales / International Sales / Business Development Executive

Location: Pune India
Experience: 1 - 3 Years(International Market)

We are looking for dynamic, self motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible
for software selling (international), Lead Generation, Cold Calling.

Job Description:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Sales (Software), ERP sales experience would be an added advantage
  • Command over international client handling is a plus
  • IT background will be preferred
  • MBA marketing would be plus
  • Excellent communication
  • Should have 60% throughout (in one exam if anyone has less than 60% then its fine)
  • Will participate in Relationship calls to understand and align with customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Will be managing client relationships, ability to build the business further, lead the transition of new clients and provide opportunities of growth
  • Target oriented person to meet revenue delivery on monthly/Quarterly/yearly basis
  • Accountable for pre-sales, sales of software products, and account management
  • Experience in any or either the domestic or the international markets for online and phone based prospecting
  • Excellent Communication skill & personality is must, should be able to contribute in generating content for the website and marketing collaterals
  • Technology understanding at a basic level with a capacity to fix online and phone meeting
  • Excellent presentation skill is MUST (Must be excellent in MS PowerPoint 2003/2007)
  • Must be an out of box thinker in making Lead generation plans and should have worked on outbound campaigns in the international market
  • Must have understanding of using online business directories and social media to attract business prospects

Odoo/ OpenERP/ Python Software Engineer / Lead

  • 0-5 year experience in software development
