Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Pune India

We at pragmatic are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional, with a broad set of marketing skills and hands-on-experience with Social media marketing, Paid Campaigns for lead generation, content marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, BE/MBA/Mass Communication preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Google Ad words certification.
  • Experience on paid campaign of social media for lead generation is mandatory.

Job Description:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Experience to have worked on the Social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram is a must and a fair knowledge of Pinterest, Google Hangout, Google Marketing, Roposo, Follo, Snapchat, HubSpot, Hootsuite will be helpful.
  • We do paid campaign for lead generation. So, looking for someone who can analyze the situation if campaign is not active.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute towards creating an effective SEO/SEM strategy to achieve company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Create Search marketing plan to ensure meeting of targets prescribed for marketing team.
  • Continuously track progress of SEO/SEM campaigns across all relevant metrics and bring in course-corrections as required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work within a fast-paced, hard-driving, early stage company environment is required.
  • Understanding of how to influence an audience using tone, messaging and delivery.
  • Must be positive and have ability to stay poised under pressure.
  • Driven and capable of taking a concept and running with it to execute.

Email Marketing:

  • Determine the target audience, devise campaigns and launch email campaigns in order to generate leads for business.
  • Building email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
  • Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

Business Development Manager-ERP/CRM/HRM

Odoo/ OpenERP/ Python Software Engineer / Lead

  • 0-5 year experience in software development
  • Experience with Odoo OpenERP is great

Senior Odoo Developer / Technical Lead

Location: Pune India
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Odoo.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Odoo Ninja with proven track record in designing and developing Odoo Apps. They must have at least 2 years of experience in Odoo development and ability to take up challenging work. There is a possibility to go onsite to United States, Australia and Western Europe.

Job Details:

  • Good knowledge of object oriented programming, object modeling, relational databases, Unix/Linux platform
  • Experience of JavaScript is a must
  • Development of new functional business modules and apps
  • High-level user support (technical)
  • Involvement in the Odoo projects
  • Strong in logical and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Python and ODOO framework
  • Development and extension of the Open Object framework and its existing modules
  • Review existing code & adapt it to the new algorithm
  • Experience in integration process of Odoo with third party application
  • Should have designed, developed and released at least 5 product/application of acceptable scale in an end to end manner
  • Be Strong in development processes and methods (e.g. version control, code review, release management)
  • Experience on POS, Odoo CMS JS framework
