OpenERP Support Helpdesk for Functional and Technical Help

Pragmatic has launched a telephonic and Email Helpdesk support for OpenERP for both Technical and Functional/User areas. Please note that this is not an alternative to OPW Publishers warranty provided by OpenERP. It is meant to solve practical issues faced by companies while configuring and using OpenERP. This support involves helping potentially companies who are using OpenERP and need someone whom they can call and get help with their running systems.

Pragmatic (http://www.pragtech.co.in) is very pleased to announce the launch of a Video Portal for OpenERP Videos http://www.openerpvideos.com This site aims at consolidating all videos on OpenERP from Youtube, Vimeo, Google Videos and other sites. We have manually curated the videos by putting video categories. We have pulled in videos submitted by OpenERP community to our site. Please note that we have not uploaded community videos to our portal. Videos uploaded at Youtube and other sites are streamed directly from their sources. Anyone from the community can submit and share videos directly on our portal or submit a URL of a Youtube, Vimeo or Google Video. Pragmatic launches Pragmatic CRM an add on to OpenERP

We have launched Pragmatic CRM which has features similar to VTIger and SugarCRM and can be installed in your existing OpenERP installations. It currently works with v 5 of OpenERP. This is another option for people looking at Open Source CRM, OpenCRM, OpenERP CRM
