1. Discovery

Our first step in any new client relationship is to sit down and learn about you. We'll examine your existing business situation, user profiles, market strategies, and broad implementation details. We'll challenge your ideas, provide our input, and help hone your goals into something concise and measurable.

2. Defining the work by Prototyping
Bringing your ideas to life
Next, we'll bring your team in for a multi-day planning session where we walk through your entire site, working out work flows, interactions, and user roles. We'll lay them all out in rough prototype, and once we're done, you'll have a solid visual framework of what your ERP will become. We will use Dia to design interfaces and work flow designer to capture workflows.

3. Project Planning
Planning is key
Project Planning is the core of our process, and the key to your project staying on track and on budget. We'll work through your business process as a guide, breaking out every single interaction into a sprint that our developers can then estimate and track. You'll be able to see exactly what's done, what's coming up, and what's being worked on right at that moment.

4. Design & Development
Countdown to launch
Here's where the magic happens. Equipped with a cohesive, fully-realized game plan, you'll see our team take on your project with speed, skill, and undeniable panache. You'll see our smiling faces every day for a standup (5 minute meeting) over Skype, and we'll be available whenever you need to chat.

Look & Feel
Once we have the system ready to go, our design team will work with you to figure out all the details of your branding and visual identity. You'll work directly with one of our designers to change colors and other design elements. OpenERP UI has certain limitations and we need to work under them.

Third party Integration
Web and Data Integration
It is very possible that you might have other systems running in your organization and you would like to integrate them with OpeERP. Please note that integrations could be time consuming but our knowledge of ETL and Web and Data integration tools such as Talend can make these integrations painless.
